Pray For My Dad

Hello all. Unfortunately this isnt good news. My dad has been hospitalized with a tear in his aorta. On Wednesday he complained of chest pains and lost feeling of his legs. We thought it was a heart attack. After a CT scan at the ER, it was determined it was something much worse. He was immediately taken to UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento for open heart surgery. Once he was admitted to the ICU there, the doctors reviewed his case and want to see if this is something he can manage medically from home. We still dont have the final diagnosis, we dont know if they will operate or if they will send him home eventually. Either way it's dangerous so there is no easy way out. We really appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers. My mom is in the ICU most the time so if anyone has questions, its best to reach me via email or call me on my cell phone.
