So, last year I avoided doing this with Grayce because I was still a paranoid new mother who didnt want her newborn handled by a stranger in a Santa suit. But this year I knew I wanted to give Santa a try. And even though Grayce woke up with her 1st cold this morning, her mood was still good so we figured she'd be fine. After standing in line for over an hour, Grayce was no longer in the happiest of moods, so we knew the following would happen once we put her in Santas lap.
I think the worst part was forking over 20 bucks for a fuzzy picture of our daughter bawling her eyes out on a complete strangers lap. But, as I told the lady taking the picture - this is what makes memories special. :)
