Never A Dull Moment: I am behind!

Hello!!!
So for those of you who might not know - I started a new job a few weeks ago that has taken up the last of my spare time :( I am enjoying it, but its been hard trying to find time anymore. So I am working on getting better at posting blogs! Im so sorry to drag behind! Thank you so much for your patience as I try to readjust my time. Poor Tim has had to deal with a dirty house and piles of laundry but he's started to step in and help some more because I think he realizes that I cant do it alone!

A few highlights about the munchkin:
-Grayce turned 1 on October 27th and we celebrated with friends and family on the 24th.
- Her 1 year doctor appointment she was 19.1 lbs (15th%tile), but tall - in the 87%tile in height. So the doctor isnt worried - shes just tall and thin!
- She is in her "big girl" car seat and facing forward as of last week. So fun to be able to see her better - she's having a blast with it too!
- 7 teeth with the 8th coming in slowlllly!
- Starting to mimic things we say - so we definitely have to be careful! She can say "daddy" now instead of "dada" and loves looking for Tim everywhere. When he comes home she runs to the door and says "daddeee, daddeee...." :) She can say "hello" and we've heard her say "bye bye" once. She mimics the sound of a monkey & a cow. But mainly, she is just trying to say things and every now and then she gets it right.
- I can ask her to point to things in pictures or in books and shes pretty good. Ex: "Where's the doggie?" and she'll point to it.
- She LOVES books and will literally sit there forever flipping thru them. She pretends to read them too by babbling. Its so cute. She has a new chair that she got for her bday and brings all of her stuffed animals & books there and reads.
- She points at everything and wants to know what it is. She's always pointing to my nose and hair, and when I change her and then lifts my shirt to point to my belly button.
- She loves carrying around her stuffed animals, hugging them & kissing them and saying "ahhhhhh"
- She's off bottles completely and now drinks whole milk like a champ. She's eating pretty much every food except nuts, honey & shellfish. Im laying off a lot citrus as well (including strawberries) - they give her a bad diaper rash. She insists she feed herself - unless its her yogurt, I can usually persuade her. Time to start training with silverware - Im just not ready for the mess that comes with it! :)

There is so much more that I can share, but I am running out of time! I will get back on and post pictures and videos this week.
