A Very Merry Christmas

First, it goes without saying that I am wayyy behind on posts (as usual)! After Christmas, Tim's parents were in town. Then I was back in school to give finals. Then I went straight to Orange County with my mom and Grayce for 4 days. When I got back, I had to prep for the start of a new quarter (and 2 new classes that Im teaching). I just finished my first week back, so despite the list of things to do in front of me, I need to get some posts up!! :)

Here are some shots from our Christmas. It was the first year that Grayce understood she was getting presents, but you could tell that she was a bit overwhelmed by it all. She sat on my lap most the time, because she was somewhat unsure about why people were shoving wrapped gifts at her! She learned what Santa says ("ho ho") and would say that everytime she saw Santa (except of course the time she saw him at the mall). I think that was one of my favorite parts of the Christmas season this year. It was the cutest thing.

Here are some pictures at home before we headed over to my parents house.

Present from Auntie Stacey :)

Presents from Grammy Jenny & Grandpa Ron

At my parents house. We had brunch and holiday morning french toast, which I'd like to make a tradition (yummmm yummm).

The tree and presents!! My mom played Santa as usual :)

Present from Uncle Ryan

Mommy got Grayce a whole bunch of Spanish/English books. Habla Espanol? :) haha

New blingy pink Converse!

Grayce painted Uncle Ryan a picture for Christmas

She squeeled so loud when she opened this Elmo bath toy

It was a wonderful Christmas. We are truly blessed for all of our family and friends - near and far. Thank you so much for being in our lives. Even during the roughest of times. :) You mean the world to us and we wouldn't be the same without you!
