Sorry it has been such a long time since we last posted something, it has been a pretty crazy month with a lot going on. We are all doing well, and of course Grayce is growing up so fast!!
Grayces weeks basically consist of playdates with friends, gymnastics once a week, and she spends 2 days a week with either my mom & dad or a sitter. Some of her favorite things right now: Any and all Disney Princesses, Tinkerbell, Yo Gabba Gabba, PBS shows (Sesame Street, Super Why, etc), Play Doh, singing her ABC's, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Itsy Bitsy Spider, & Patty Cake, learning to count, and so much more. She really interacts with her dolls and stuffed animals and loves them - she talks to them, and often times I hear her repeating what I tell her a lot & pretending to be their mommy. Her vocabulary shocks us, its crazy how much she is talking. She has full blown conversations with us (even if part of it is gibberish). It makes it much easier to communicate with her. She has basically gotten over the separation anxiety we were dealing with over the past couple months, and gets really excited when I drop her off with her babysitter, Nina, on Tuesdays or at my mom and dads house.
Things are changing with her every day and I just cant seem to keep up with it! Its so crazy to start seeing things that give us a glimpse of our future with our little girl. About 3 weeks ago or so, she learned how to climb out of the pack n play at my parents house. She climbed out, opened the door, came out by my mom, threw her arms in the air and said "OUT!" :) She has done it a few times since then and we are currently looking to buy a taller pack n play that fits kids up to 3. She has still been doing great in the crib and Tim is going to start building her "big girl bed," but we probably wont transition her into one for another couple months or so. And then the past 2 days she has taken it into her own hands to use the potty. She has always been interested in it & we talk abou it, but we haven't pushed it just because we don't want to start it too early & set her up for failure and we were always told that we would know when they are ready. So on Thursday at my mom and dads, she took her diaper off and told my mom "pee pee in potty." So my mom put her up there and she went! The next morning (this morning), I heard her playing with the toilet bowl, I went in there to see that she had taken her diaper off and wanted to go pee pee, so I put her up on the toilet and she went again. So now she's really into taking off her diaper and climbing on the potty, however sometimes she will say "pee pee in potty" and she had already gone in her diaper. So we're excited that she's really interested, and we will support it and teach her, but I'm not going to push it on her too hard - she's not even 2 yet. But we'll see where this new found obsession will take us!!
So enough talking and lets get to the pictures!!!! Enjoy!
Here are some pictures and a video of her toddler gymnastics class. We go once a week. She LOVES it!!!

On this particular day, they had an awards ceremony. Grayce won the "kindness award." You will see it awarded to her at the end of the video I will try to add tomorrow.
Her hair is finally growing - although mommy cant wait to start giving her pony tails and pig tails! Here is my first attempt at a pony tail :)

Oh my gosh she is soooo tall!!! And not even 2 yet! Hope you guys are great. Miss you, love you!
